Individual Specialisations

This 15 ECTS module (module M4, see curriculum for details) allows students to further their skills, competencies, and knowledge by specialising in either philosophical or interdisciplinary areas. Depending on the choice of specialisation and corresponding courses, students may need to have their specialisation choice authorised by the Directorate of Studies.

• Philosophy-specific courses from the modules M1, M2, and M3 of the Master’s programme in Philosophy curriculum do not require approval by the Directorate of Studies
• All courses from other degree programmes/curricula require approval in order to be recognised for the specialisation module. Courses need to be approved prior to attending the courses and have to be completed while being enrolled in the Master’s programme in Philosophy
