Confirmation of study progress

To receive a confirmation of your study progress (for example for a graduation scholarship), please proceed as follows:

• Fully prepare the relevant form of the respective office (e.g. scholarship office) 

  • On a printed overview plan of your studies, mark all curriculum points for which you have completed courses

  • On a printed transcript of records, mark all courses that you have completed according to the overview for the relevant curriculum points

• Fill out the form final degree pass and mark "For calculation of study progress" on page 1 of this form

• Please send us all documents electronically via the servicedesk.

Please note that processing can take up to 6 weeks and up to 8 weeks during the semester break.
