Doctoral Advisory Boards

Doctoral advisory boards have been established to assist and consult the Directorate of Studies. The advisory boards are of particular relevance for assessing public presentations at the faculty ("FÖP"). The board provides valuable feedback and consults doctoral candidates concerning their thesis topic and its approval. 
An advisory board may be qualified in one or more fields of doctoral research of a specific curriculum. Regulations regarding doctoral advisory boards at the University of Vienna are stipulated by the University Statutes.
