Completion of studies

Please open the (german) form "Abschlusspass I BA Philosophie 2017" attached below. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader for this. Please do not fill out the form by hand (with the exception of your signature) and make sure to include all necessary items. 

If some of the examinations in your graduation form include recognition of exams, please input the date of the recognition under "Prüfungsdatum" (date of examination). In the brackets "LV-Titel" (course title) and "LV-Leiter_in" (teacher), please simply input "recognized". 

Note that one of the courses completed in the BA Philosophy has to be in a living foreign language, such as English. 

Also note, that the last exam you completed has to be used for graduation.

Please add a current confimration of studies, a transcript of records and, if applicable, positive recognition decisions you received, to the fully filled-out graduation form.

It is possible to hand in the documents in person at our offices or online using the contact form. Should you need to upload more documents than is permitted by the upload function integrated in the contact form, please create a file with all the collected documents. Also ensure to include your unet- emailadress, as we cannot process your request otherwise.

We typically send your graduation certificate electronically. You will receive the certificate and other graduation documents within a maximum of one month, usually within about 3 weeks.
