An- und Abmeldefristen für Vorlesungsprüfungen

An- und Abmeldefristen für die SPL 18 Philosophie sind wie folgt geregelt:

1. Die Anmeldefrist für Vorlesungsprüfungen endet genau 72 Stunden vor der Prüfung.
2. Eine Abmeldung von der Prüfung ist bis zu 24 Stunden vor der Prüfung möglich.
3. Eine AUSNAHME von dieser Frist bilden die STEOP-PRÜFUNGEN. Für sie endet die Anmeldefrist 7 Tage vor der Prüfung! Die Abmeldung ist auch im Falle von StEOP-Prüfungen bis zu 24 Stunden vor der Prüfung möglich.

Bitte beachten Sie generell das Folgende:

- Studierende sind verpflichtet, sich selbständig in der gegebenen Frist über u:space zum gewünschten Prüfungstermin an- bzw. abzumelden. 

Wer sich nicht rechtzeitig anmeldet, kann nicht zur Prüfung antreten. Wer sich nicht rechtzeitig von der Prüfung abmeldet, aber nicht antritt, muss als NE (= nicht erschienen) eingetragen werden und ist für den chronologisch nächsten Prüfungstermin gesperrt. 

- Nach Ablauf der Anmeldefrist, d.h. ab 72 Stunden vor der Prüfung, führt das SSC keine manuellen Nachmeldungen für Prüfungen mehr durch. Wir bitten also auch Sie als Lehrende mit Verweis auf die bestehende Frist keine Nachmeldungen nach der 72-Frist mehr anzunehmen bzw. an das SSC weiterzuleiten. 

Bitte weisen Sie die Studierenden in Ihrer LV und auf der Moodle-Plattform auf die An- und Abmeldefristen Ihrer Prüfung hin!

Dear lecturers,

first and foremost, we are especially pleased to inform you that all grades for the winter semester 2022/23 have been entered on time. We thank you very much for your cooperation! Please note that grades for the current semester must also be entered four weeks after the last partial assessment has been completed.

In view of the upcoming lecture exams at the end of June, we would also like to remind you of the registration and deregistration deadlines for lecture exams. Registration and cancellation deadlines for SPL 18 Philosophy are as follows:

• The registration deadline for lecture exams is exactly 72 hours before the exam.
• Students can cancel a registration up to 24 hours prior to the exam.
• An EXCEPTION are the STEOP exams, for which the registration period ends 7 days before the exam! In this case, too, it is possible to cancel a registration up to 24 hours before the examination.

please note the following:

- The students are themselves responsible for registering for the desired exam date, or cancelling their registrations, before the relevant deadline.

Students who do not register in time will not be allowed to take the exam. Those who do not cancel their registration for an examination in time but do not show up must be entered as NE (= nicht erschienen) and are blocked for the chronologically next examination date.

- After the registration deadline, i.e. 72 hours before the exam, the SSC will no longer carry out late registrations for exams.

We therefore also ask you as teachers to reject any requests for late registrations and not to forward such requests to the SSC.

Please inform the students in your course and on the Moodle platform about the registration and cancellation deadlines for your exam!
